My name is David Stuhlemmer and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your Real Estate Agent. Being a full-time Real Estate Agent in Boulder since obtaining my Real Estate License in 2012, I have built my business on referrals by forging remarkable relationships, engaging in meaningful conversations, and sharing the plethora of resources and knowledge that I have amassed over the 13 years of my career. I truly love my job and am forever fascinated by people from all walks of life. 

I explored the foundations of the Real Estate Business at RE/MAX of Boulder Inc. for 5 years, then at a boutique brokerage called Spaces Real Estate for another 5 years and spent 3 years at the nationally acclaimed Compass - Boulder. In 2024, finally starting my own independent brokerage - J. David Real Estate which has freed me to add value on another level and truly put the client first. I am here to guide you every step of the way, but first and foremost - this journey is all about YOU! 

I moved to Boulder in 2004 at the age of 18 to attend CU and immediately immersed in the local community. I graduated in 2008 with a degree in Advertising accompanied by a Technology, Arts & Media Certificate. I am also currently obtaining a Masters from CU in Creative Technology & Design in a perpetual effort to evolve and enhance my career. 

My “BIG WHY” is my amazing family - my beautiful wife and 3 incredible children ages five, three & six months. They truly are the driving force behind everything that I strive for. For fun - I am a professional mandolin player in a local band called Bear Hat and also run a children’s music program for toddlers called Bear Cub Brigade.
